At mystake-uk.example we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of every visitor. This policy explains — in plain English — what personal information we handle, why we hold it, and how it is protected. It applies to the public site only. Once you click an affiliate link through to MyStake, that operator's own policy takes over.

Both process data strictly on our instructions and are bound by written data-processing agreements.

As an affiliate site, we do place tracking links to MyStake. Clicking those links is the point at which you leave our jurisdiction and enter MyStake's own privacy framework — we encourage you to review it separately.

Your Rights

Data Retention

Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Raw analytics logs are rotated after 90 days. Anonymised aggregates — page view totals, bounce rates — are kept indefinitely for editorial planning.

Policy Updates

If this policy changes materially, the "Effective" date at the top of the page is updated and subscribers receive an email summary. Continued use of the site after that date implies acceptance of the new version.
